Privacy Policy

Topless collects what it takes to run a leaderboard: enough to publish a listing, take a payment, count a click, and keep the board honest — nothing more than that.

What Topless holds onto

What it's used for

Running the board, ranking listings correctly, attributing clicks to the right one, sending you the link to manage your own listing, catching fraud and abusive listings, handling refunds, answering support requests, and meeting whatever legal obligations apply.

Who sees it

Your listing, its bid total, and its click count are public by design — that's the whole point of the board. Beyond that, Topless shares data only where it has to: with Stripe to take payment, with the infrastructure and email providers that keep the site running, with any analytics tool you've opted into, with professional advisers, and with authorities when the law requires it. Topless does not sell your data to anyone, ever.

How long it's kept

Records stick around as long as the board needs them — to keep ranking working, to resolve a dispute, to stop abuse, or to satisfy accounting and legal requirements. Topless takes reasonable steps to keep this data secure, but no service online can promise perfect security.

Your options

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information tied to your listing. Some records — payment history, fraud flags, things the law says must stay — may need to be kept regardless.
