Effective 2026-08-24. Submitting a listing or paying a bid means you've read these terms and the Rules, and you're agreeing to both.

Who can use Topless

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may only list a page you own or are authorized to promote, and if that page shows adult content, every person in it must be a consenting adult. Topless is not for minors, and not for content made without everyone's consent.

How bidding works

A bid buys leaderboard placement — nothing else. It doesn't promise traffic, followers, sales, or any fixed length of time on the board. Bids start at $1 and move in whole US dollars. Rank follows the highest confirmed total; when two listings tie, the one that's been up longer stays ahead. Bidding again on a link already listed raises that listing rather than creating a new one, and you're charged only the increase, which must be at least $1. A confirmed position doesn't expire and doesn't need renewing — it holds until it's outbid or removed for violating these terms.

Payment and confirmation

Stripe handles every charge; Topless never sees or stores your card number. A listing or a rank change only takes effect once Stripe delivers a signed webhook confirming the payment cleared. If your payment was aimed at a spot that a faster, already-confirmed payment took first, Topless refunds it automatically. Outside of that, completed bids are final and non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or Topless agrees to an exception.

Content you list

You're responsible for your listing and for whatever the linked page shows. Topless does not allow content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, or exploitation; material posted without every subject's consent; impersonation; anything illegal or hateful; malware; or links that redirect somewhere other than what they claim. Topless can reject, hide, or remove a listing, and restrict access, whenever it's needed to protect users or to comply with the law or with Stripe's own requirements.

Whatever you list points to a site Topless doesn't run, and payment runs through Stripe Checkout, which has its own terms and its own privacy practices. Topless isn't responsible for what those third parties do or whether they're available.

No guarantees

Topless is provided as it stands, and it can change or go down without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, Topless isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, and its total liability tied to any one bid is capped at whatever you paid for that bid.
